King's Games 2026 at Sportpark Parkweg in Harderwijk
Koningsspelen 2026 is the fourteenth edition of this annual sports event for primary school children in Harderwijk. Pupils from grades 5 through 8 gather at Sportpark Parkweg for a day full of sports, games, culture, and fun. The event is organized by GA! Harderwijk, commissioned by the Municipality of Harderwijk.
Theme: Everyone have fun in Harderwijk
This year's theme is 'Fun for Everyone'. Fun arises when everyone participates and contributes — whether that is playing sports, cheering, providing breakfast, arranging music, or helping with the organization. Children, teachers, sports providers, parents, and volunteers make it a celebration together.
Program for groups 5 through 8
The morning program is for groups 5 and 6, and the afternoon program for groups 7 and 8. Each team is supervised by students from Landstede Sport & Bewegen Harderwijk. Participating schools appoint a supervisor per team — this may also be a parent or grandparent.
